The reason I am leaving one star is because this particular branch has been very unhelpful to me as a customer I’ve called them two days in a row trying to resolve an issue and both times they say they will call back take my information and do not call. I live in Davison but at this point I would rather drive to grand Blanc where I lived previously. Very disappointed with their service and do not recommend this particular branch .

This is the absolute worse Chase bank I have ever been to. Every time I visit this bank they give you the run around and never get anything accomplished. The management staff is lazy and rude. Cindy Hall the branch manager will come up with any excuse not to help. Never ever ever go to this bank, you have a better chance driving 30 mins away to the next closest Chase bank.

I would rate this bank, their management and staff less than a 1 if I could. No customer service skills whatsoever. Their goal seems to be to give customers the run around and refuse to provide adequate services. After 3 personal visits to try and close my deceased father in laws account carrying all of the correct legal documents, our attorney had to call- he also got no answer until he called corporate and filed a formal complaint. He is still awaiting a return call.....horrible company and horrible employees.

I have had zero customer service issues since moving to Davison almost 3 years ago. Most of my business is conducted through the drive up lanes with some dealings being handled inside. The employees have always been polite and helpful.

Thanks,Chad for the worse customer service I have ever received.My checking account was opened in 1992.It can very easily be transferred to another bank OR Credit Union. A little hint concerning customer service: remove the attitude from your voice.

Spent over 1/2 hour in the "drive-thru" trying to get the teller, who was annoyed by my very existence, to understand my "complicated" transaction! I had 3 checks; 2 that I wanted cashed & one (unsigned) that was to be deposited into a Trust account.: 1st attempt-cashed all 3 checks but fell short of the total, no change in envelope and no reciept. He was bothered by my calling him out on it when I told him "You either gave me too much or not enough, and there's no receipt in the envelope." His response, "it's probably too much, send it back" 2nd attempt-cashed the check that was to be deposited (and was unsigned) and deposited MY PERSONAL checks into the Trust account. When I alerted him the 2nd time, he rolled his eyes & said "send it back". 3rd attempt to get it right, came back & said "it won't let me cash the one from __________, it has to be deposited" my response "OK, just cash the other one". after waiting another 5-7 minutes, I buzzed him again. His response "it won't let me......" I finally got disgusted and told him to send them all back to me. How ridiculous that it took over 30 minutes to do NOTHING. Maybe Chase should employ people that have a general knowledge of basic math and don't mind being around the "public". If I EVER have a need to visit Chase again, I will keep it at the Genesee location where the people actually act like they WANT your business, know how to follow instructions, understand the English language and are personable. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to cash 2 checks for the right amount (I'm pretty sure Chase provides calculators for the employees) and deposit one. Worst service EVER!!!

I want the Chase on Main St back. They knew you and helped you in whatever way they could. This one acts like they're to busy to help you and treats you like they're doing you a favor. I'm thinking about going to the Credit Union down the street.

When Chase bank determined which offices to close, they took away all the ones most convenient to me. They only left one office in town which is a death trap to get in and out of, One time I went there, the UPS truck blocked me into my parking spot. M-15 is so busy it it is difficult to even make a simple right turn to get out. The parking is inadequate. Many times I have been there, the only spots left for parking are at the edge of the parking lot on the far side. Rather than add staff to account for the extra traffic caused by closing the other branches, they have added teller machines inside the building. I see the "Banksters" are at work again. I am looking for another bank and will not keep Chase any longer than I have to.
