Best fitness center in Dearborn, Michigan (MI) 2024

If you are looking for something a little better than “the gym” this is your place!! Very low key, offers many extras such as a pool, sauna, steam room, group fitness (spin, Pilates and yoga) as well as tennis, racquetball, walleyball and personal training. I have been a member for over 25 years and an instructor for 18years. It’s worth a little bit extra when everybody knows your name and it’s quiet, safe, clean and friendly!! ~SHERRI

Today was my free personal training session. Latonya Berry was excellent. She knows what she is talking about. She’s patient and definitely positive. Because of her knowledge I will be going to personal training sessions 3 times a week. I’m finally getting my life back on track when it comes to fitness. Thanks Crunch for hiring such a nice trainer. And yes the place is clean. They have cleaning products to sanitize after you use the equipment. So if you come here you need to be a positive team player , definitely clean up behind yourself. P.S… I hope my review will help You be a better You! ~Vandapooh
