This location could be better. I’m an Army Vet that just came home from overseas. Had questions about a outlet adapter. One guy that helped me was very closed off after he asked why I had a tv with a European outlet. Once he found out I was retired military, his attitude towards me changed and his effort to help me changed. Tried this location again today and come into watching the workers in the font tossing a ball. When I asked a young lady for help, she referred me to one of her employees who didn’t seem like he was incisive on the product . We asked the woman that was there and she acted like we were bothering her. After finally getting assurance she passive aggressively mentions something about you tube. As a new and first time home buyer, not everyone’s the same. I just think this location can be more professional. ~Jake
