This location could be better. I’m an Army Vet that just came home from overseas. Had questions about a outlet adapter. One guy that helped me was very closed off after he asked why I had a tv with a European outlet. Once he found out I was retired military, his attitude towards me changed and his effort to help me changed. Tried this location again today and come into watching the workers in the font tossing a ball. When I asked a young lady for help, she referred me to one of her employees who didn’t seem like he was incisive on the product . We asked the woman that was there and she acted like we were bothering her. After finally getting assurance she passive aggressively mentions something about you tube. As a new and first time home buyer, not everyone’s the same. I just think this location can be more professional.

Small hardware store and you may pay a little more but save a lot of time. The first person you ask may not have the answer to a hardware question but they generally know who to ask. Prices on items like Weber grills and accessories are consistent with other larger stores with better service. Be sure the check out the markdown items to the far right of the register. You never know what interesting thing you might find. I’ve never been unable to find the random bolt or washer or other small part I need for a personal “This Old House” project.

I ordered a grill online from Ace with the cover and propane tank. They delivered it today fully assembled and carried it out to my deck! I couldn't be happier all the way around. The guys that came out were very friendly and professional! Would highly recommend Ace for whatever you need!

Should probably mention on website that they won't cut keyfob keys not purchased from them. Unfortunately it's just a sign at the counter... Took business elsewhere...

Great hardware store! With a fantastic inventory... Are you a nuts and bolts guy they've got it all. Ever walk into a store and look around for somebody to help you for about the 1st 20 minutes , you won't have to do that here plenty of help. Have a good time!

Because this place is right across from my disabled brother’s apartment where I clean once a month, I come here to get cleaning supplies. Because I need cash to do my brother’s laundry, I try to get cash back through my debit card. I have attempted this three times already and even explained to the cashiers what I am doing so they can guide me through the process. Yet, nobody there can make that happen and I have to make a separate trip to my bank every time. It is completely infuriating and I don’t wanna shop here for that reason. They need to fix this!!!

Super nice staff and a variety of products. Went to get a key made but found an excellent University of Michigan banner reasonably priced! Would return to this refreshing shopping experience
