The nicest storage facility I have used. The staff are so pleasant and informative. I messed up with putting my lock on, and after they did a nightly check, they contacted me to let me know. I will definitely suggest to anyone to use Michigan Storage Centers!! ~Crystal

Every time I take the same prescription from the same DR. to this pharmacy there is always some reason they can’t accept it. When they do finally take it and now I need to wait now because I had to jump through hoops just to get my prescription, I get some type of attitude for being willing to wait 15-20 min. Don’t come here go somewhere else. I have literally never complained or whined but after 3 years I’m over it. ~Lance

I come here often to eat while I work (2-3 times per week). I am always pleased with the friendliness of restaurant staff, the freshness of the ingredients, and the quality of taste of my food. From a cleanliness perspective, I have never seen anything that appears to be unkept, or emitting any odors. That being said, I usually come right before the lunch hour rush, and stay for an hour or two. I always order the same sandwich (veggie melt), and customize it as well. I have had the same outcome on pick-up orders as well, although they will occasionally forget to update the bread on my order (I update it from wheat to white). I think the restaurant could use an upgrade in terms of the look/feel of the interior, but I'm sure all Potbelly's look the same. Regardless, I give this location 5 stars, and would give it more if I could. ~Mersiha

I came in last minute (less than 24 hours) for my daughter’s birthday cake because the other place we went to completely screwed up. My daughter wanted a sloth on her cake. They did an AMAZING job. I can’t remember the employees name, but he nailed it!! My daughter loved it!! THANK YOU!!!! ~Shaina
