Best aerobics instructor in Flint, Michigan (MI) 2024

I am very excited I found The Gym Fitness Center to be the best place to workout! I just recently got back into working out after an injury. Did some working out at home especially when Covid hit but needed to get more strength Training in with the different weight machines that are offered at The Gym. Looking forward to achieving my goals here. The staff is great & very knowledgeable in helping you to get the results you are looking for. ~Karen
