Terrible experience!! Do Not Go!! I had an appointment at 4:00 and the nail tech. (Owner) didn’t get to me until 4:45. Then, she was very rude to when I wanted to see a color behind her, by rolling her eyes and said something under her breath. By 5:00 she just finished putting on my acrylics, but then said she had to go and I was told to wait for another technician to finish a pedicure on another customer before she could finish my manicure. My nails were broken and looked awful. Don’t go to Nails 4U. This business overbooks their customers and they don’t care about the quality of their services. Service: Acrylic nails ~kara

Went in to get my hair trimmed and the first person did not listen to what I said and just took a razor to my hair, literally freaked me out and then she kept saying it was my fault! I had a mortgage with TCF / Huntington that was automatically taken out of my checking account each month since 2011. Never missed a payment. During the change over in Oct 2021 Huntington never took the payment out. I never caught the error. So I'm literally standing in line at the Pierson Rd branch for the first time on Oct 18th with 40K to pay off the loan when I get a call from Huntington about my past due payment. I pointed out to the caller that it was their job to take out the payment and it sounds like someone dropped the ball. 30 minutes later I'm finally at the front of the line and announced I was paying off the loan. Not that easy. First there was the fax from head office that cost me $15 along with much confusion - like nobody had ever paid off a loan early. When I told them about Huntington not withdrawing my Oct 1st payment they never admitted the mistake but rather blamed me for not checking up on them. They would not takeprocess my pay off that day and said it would be 3-5 days before the transaction could be completed. They took my check and I assumed it would be put towards my loan that day. Oct 25 I went in to finalize everything and was surprised they still had my check. I expressed my concerned about the tardy payment and potential credit score hit and was assured that they had suspended credit reporting for the month due to the transition. Apparently that was a lie as Huntington did report the late payment to the credit bureau. When presented with the above facts they refused to send in a correction. I really miss TCF ~Mr

Wow. Probably the most shocking and rude experience that I've ever had at any gas station. All Over 17 cans I wanted to return for gas. The OWNER verbally embarrassed me because they simply didn't wanna be bothered with them. The employees are kind, the owner has Issues. I was a totally loyal customer NOT GOING BACK. ~nathan

My grandma has banked there for over 30 years, and I banked there for over 3 years. Unfortunately they are extremely disappointing when it comes to customer service. You can tell that they do not care about members. EDIT: I'd like to explain why I gave the review I did a bit more. in my 3 years of banking, i got 1 overdraft fee. It was a complete misunderstanding. I went in to see if there was any way that it could be reversed, and the people there made me feel like I had over drafted several times. They made me sit with a banker ( which i had no problem with) and she was pretty rude to me. after an hour of sitting there and talking to her about what happened, she said she would reverse the fee but that i can't overdraft again. I closed my account the next week, and move to another financial institution. with regards to my grandma, she has also never overdrafted except for when some checks were messed up and it was again, a once in a lifetime situation where she over drafted. They refused to reverse her fees even though she had been a client with them for over 30 years. I was appalled. I am still convincing her to move her banking to my institution ever since. ~Jayna
