My grandma has banked there for over 30 years, and I banked there for over 3 years. Unfortunately they are extremely disappointing when it comes to customer service. You can tell that they do not care about members.
EDIT: I'd like to explain why I gave the review I did a bit more. in my 3 years of banking, i got 1 overdraft fee. It was a complete misunderstanding. I went in to see if there was any way that it could be reversed, and the people there made me feel like I had over drafted several times. They made me sit with a banker ( which i had no problem with) and she was pretty rude to me. after an hour of sitting there and talking to her about what happened, she said she would reverse the fee but that i can't overdraft again. I closed my account the next week, and move to another financial institution. with regards to my grandma, she has also never overdrafted except for when some checks were messed up and it was again, a once in a lifetime situation where she over drafted. They refused to reverse her fees even though she had been a client with them for over 30 years. I was appalled. I am still convincing her to move her banking to my institution ever since. ~Jayna
