Terrible experience!! Do Not Go!! I had an appointment at 4:00 and the nail tech. (Owner) didn’t get to me until 4:45. Then, she was very rude to when I wanted to see a color behind her, by rolling her eyes and said something under her breath. By 5:00 she just finished putting on my acrylics, but then said she had to go and I was told to wait for another technician to finish a pedicure on another customer before she could finish my manicure. My nails were broken and looked awful. Don’t go to Nails 4U. This business overbooks their customers and they don’t care about the quality of their services. Service: Acrylic nails

The guy at the end didnt even clean his station before taking me right after a client. The arm rest was visibly dirty along with everything on his station. He didn't have me wash my hands or disinfect at all before he started filing with a dirty file that was not in any kind of cleaner. One he got to the color he never shook the bottle causing the color to pull away from edges immediately. I just got them done Friday, and the free edge is pulling back pretty bad already. Definitely wont be going back and do not recommend, I got lucky and didnt get cut this time, who knows what kind of infection I could have got.

I hate to put negativity on media and the last thing I want to do is talk about another person's abilities, but the I can not get over the service this place provided for me. Cindy was rude to me after going bk to her about her polish job...I had black tips and when I walked out to the natural light you could see thru it, there were spots of obvious translucent areas that needed to be painted over, plus, one of the nail's color paint chipped. Cindy was offended...she said that, is not supposed to be perfect. She pulled my hand hard to her and started talking in her native tongue. What she fixed now looked worst...she then told me that she was not going to do service for me anymore. After I left, my nails looked worst she had black smears on the rest of the nail beds that was supposed to be clear. Then I had dried up gel that was in the process of running off one of my nails that bubbled up and stuck to my skin as well. She got paid well to do my nails and she made it a point to make me feel bad for wanting my nails to look nice after I know they were clearly messed up.

I called and requested a pedicure and was told to come on in. When I got there I was told to sign in and have a seat. No one said hello or welcome. There were three technicians total, two were doing nails and one was doing a pedicure. When the technician finished the pedicure, the same customer was led to a different chair for that same technician to do their nails. There was a lady next to me that was ahead of me. After I sat for a 1/2 hour with zero communication, I asked (in a friendly matter of fact tone) how long would the wait be. The woman who I recognized as the owner seemed really irritated by the question and stated, "There are two more ahead of you." At this, I smiled and said that I would just come back. I didn't and I won't...ever.

Dips, shellac, colored acrylics, pedicures that are Stellar!!! Great selection of colors and glitters. If you need a regular nail salon that does GREAT work I would never send you any place but here!
