Worst salon ever, charged me $90 and said that my card declined even though the payment went through my bank. Also tried to charge me $90 each for a simple fill in and $90 for a pedicure. Even though the charge went through, they never did neither of my services and proceeded to say that I was lying even though I showed them my bank statement with them charging me $90. They literally swiped my card twice and the first $90 went through Idk if the prices on their salon are as is, but they need to update it because it doesn’t make sense that a no chip fill in is $90

Horrible job. Two days after, My nails looked like that in the picture. I went back to have them fixed. Two days later, the polish started to peel off again, Went back again. The guy fixed them and tried to charge me $10. I said NO. You did a bad job. Usually, my nails stay beautiful up to 4 weeks. I will never go back. Overpriced as well!

I asked for ombré nails (nude glitter to white glitter) they “don’t know how to do ombré, it looks ombré because of my skin tone. They didn’t cut my fingers up once or make me bleed and they were very nice! It’s been a week with them and there has been no lift but I was sore for the first day. Service: Acrylic nails

My nails broke off 2 days after I got them done. They were really sorry while they were doing my nails and they straight up refused to do anything pride related for me and my mother.

I have had the best Pedicures and Manicures here. The wait is my only issue other wise they would get Five Star's. My experiences with other shops does not compare to Foxy Nails! Thanks for you services!

I got a pedicure with Shelac polish. The wait was horrible as they only have 2 people working. The pedicure was ok. It was kind of expensive compared to other places where you don't have to usually wait long at all. Probably won't be going back.

I would give zero if it let me. I went in 6 days ago (Friday the 5th). I called ahead and made an apt for 11am for a manicure & dip. I arrived at 10:50. I wasn’t moved to a seat u til 11:30. Then it was another 15-20 minutes before they actually looked at my nails. I had dip on, which could have been soaking off that whole time, which is how my typical salon in Jackson does it. He finally started on my nails. I warned him one had cracked and I may need a tip on that one. He didn’t even acknowledge it. Just did the dip over the cracked nail. The whole time he acted like he was guessing the next step and had no idea what he was doing. He was almost done and went to file and they peeled off. His wife showed him that he had used the wrong base coat and he had to start over! No apology, no acknowledgement. He finally finished up, at 1:30! THE NEXT DAY my cracked nail broke off (duh) And now today another nail had the dip chip off. I will never be back and would not recommend them to anyone doing dip nails. They obviously have no idea what they’re doing.
