I'd like to say a big "thank you" to this store, specifically Ed, who came over to my place to install a new battery in my car on his lunch break. With the battery fully dead and being a Sunday, I couldn't drive my car to any shop. So what a relief that Ed offered to do that for me. What great customer service!

I was in the store about a week ago, and a young man named Austin was helping me. I'm older, so my hearing isn't the best, so I was closer to him. As we were talking I smelt a strong smell of alcohol and marijuana on his breath. I was completely appalled by the fact, and refuse to return to that store. If i were you I would got to Dodgeville or Madison. This young man's professionalism is completely disturbing and mind boggling!

After purchasing an item, I asked for advice on a local mechanic shop to help me get a couple bolts off a hitch. They suggested Custom Auto just outside of town. Less than 15 minutes later the bolts are free. Then I'm handed a receipt for $50 - that's right - $50 to remove 2 bolts. The mechanic had to call someone else to run my card for him. So today I check my bank balance - imagine that - it was ran by O'Reilly auto parts. So do we have an underground rip people off scheme going on??
