Awful experience. If you have additional questions. You just as well forget it. Very very rude. Even the gentleman that did our taxes was very rude and ask questions that didn't have anything to do with our taxes. My husband made it clear that we would not be back. Don't call back more than once or they will not be reasonable

Pricey- if I could give this location zero stars, I would! So I've decided to add to my review. I have never been more disappointed in a tax company. In March, I received a letter from the IRS about an inheritance I received in 2018. I have to pay a penalty because my tax guy never even reported it on my taxes. I made it very clear in the beginning of our appointment that I came to them because I received a large inheritance. I felt very uneasy because the man doing my taxes was far over 70yrs old and felt that something would be missed. Sure enough, my gut was right. When I brought this to their attention, the mistake THEY made, they could not help me, only because I didn't pay for the peace of mind. So if you go to this location, make sure you pay for that! I do not recall this elderly man asking me about it unfortunately. I will not return.

awful experience filing our taxes with this office. learning that tax information was missed and a correction needed to be made to our already filed taxes I asked them to make the needed tax amendment. they seemed confused about the information, then after reviewing it for 3 days told me nothing was wrong. I had my financial adviser contact Jerry to explain what was wrong with it. He ranted and was extremely rude to her telling her that if we were to stupid to not give them the information then it wasn't there fault. I had to take the whole tax filing to thousand CPA where they new exactly what was wrong and fixed it without and questions and were also very professional and cheaper!

Jerry is patient and knowledgeable about the tax system. Since the tax laws change yearly, I do not think that I, myself, would be able to complete my forms. He is very friendly and considerate of any questions that I brought up.
