Best fitness equipment store in Grandville, Michigan (MI) 2024

We reserved a kayak at this location after the Plainfield store did not have one in stock. While at the Plainfield store, the manager was super helpful, and told us about a deal for the paddles when purchasing a kayak. When we went to this location, we mentioned it to the cashier, Jake, and he told us to find a coupon online if we wanted a discount. Which is fine. But when we clarified why we asked, he had an attitude & rolled his eyes. He made it seem like a inconvenience that we dared ask a question. His manager, Ginny, was very sweet and helped us with the kayak we wanted. I’m not really usually the one to give poor feedback because I understand everyone has their days and I worked in retail for a long time, but at least save face. Learn to do that type of stuff behind customers backs like everyone else in retail. ~Hannelore
