Best furniture repair shop in Grandville, Michigan (MI) 2024

Would give zero stars if possible!!! Please take a couple minutes to read. Brought a dresser to Dave in June of 2021. He said he was really busy and would take a couple months to get to it. Called in October wondering it he had gotten to it. Told it would be a few more weeks. Called 6 weeks later and told the same thing. Called in January and told the same thing. I reminded Dave he had had my dresser since June of 2021 and had already contacted another furnuture repair guy who was willing to come get it and finish it. Dave called me 15 minutes later and asked me to leave it for a few more days so he could at least strip it. Foolishly I did. Left several messages a couple weeks later with no response. I finally got a hold of him and he literally told me it would be a few more weeks! I was done and told him the other guy was picking it up the following week. He told me he would put it by the door and have it ready for pick up. My other guy came to get it and Dave told him he was really busy and could he come back in the afternoon. He fortunately said no, and made him get the dresser down. The dresser is now done (finished when promised) and absolutely GORGEOUS! My new guy, Rick at Pinnacle Restoration is the best and reliable!!! ~Dawn
