All the employees there worked really hard at trying to help me get my phone handled and unlocked and help me take care of some surprising unnecessary charges as well. ~Amie

Bought a new tire wouldn't allow my handicapped mother to sit in the car. Won't allow you to pay until service is completed. Came up with a laundry list if things needed I only asked for a tire. Had to pay for installation anywhere else would be free when purchasing new. Had to hunt the guy down to get my keys back Service: Auto tire replacement ~Jesse

Wonderful staff, knowledgeable and pleasant. Kelly is usually at the Greenville location. Always helpful with orders for me. Love having a local location to help me with gold and silver questions. The store always smells good. ~Rachel

A very old facility and it shows, unfortunately. They don't have an office on site nor do they have any kind of "after hours entrance" with it keypad. Nope. It's a padlocked gate that they unlock when they feel like it in the morning (sometimes NOT always at stated opening time) and the office is at their home around the corner. Definitely not recommended. Take your business to the new facilities up by the old Meijer on Lafayette. ~Cam

They scheduled my sick kitten in within 24 hours! Seriously life savers! I’ve been given the runaround with 2 other vets in the area I called, but Town and County worked with my schedule (we totaled a car this week, so it’s been stressful). Little JiJi loved the staff here. They were very soothing and calming she wasn’t scared at all. I thought everyone was great! Thank you so much for your excellent care. ~Jacob
