Amazing customer service experience. Ended up with a great deal on two phones and learned about a new option for internet. Ryan was amazing and very knowledgeable, so were the other two people working. Very happy.

Every experience with this particular store has been extremely frustrating and at times down right disrespectful, the employees are not willing to help in any fashion and the selection they offer is disappointing when compared to the Howard City branch. I cannot stress this enough, if you want quality service visit one of the other stores for assistance.

I visited Team mobile in Greenville today 3/5/2022. I walked in and instantly the guy working told me it would be a hour and a half before he could help me. There was two people working on a Saturday and one of them was a trainee. So I decided to walk around and look at the phones anyway. Not even two minutes later the same guy that told me it would be a hour and a half asked if he could help me. He told me metro pcs has nothing to do with T-Mobile. He was very rude and very unprofessional. I will never ever visit this store again. I ended walking out and going down the road to Verizon and got three phones on a family plan and was in and out 8n about 30mins.The experience was great. I don't recommend T-Mobile in Greenville to anybody.

The company I work for purchased new phones. I stopped in this store to try and get the old phone contents transferred over to the new phone. There were two employees there. One was helping a customer and the other greeted me and asked if he could help me. I explained to him what I wanted to do and he said that’s easy you just have to take the old SIM card out and install it in the new phone and it will prompt you to transfer that over. Well thank you very much! I wouldn’t be stopping in and asking for help if I knew what a SIM card even was and how to transfer the data over! As I was walking out I sarcastically said thank you very much for your help and of course he said you are welcome. The other customer in there was explaining to him that I didn’t know how to do what that representative said and that’s why I was asking for help. I told the customer that’s ok and that I would go to a different store. Very sad that a customer can pick up that I asked for help but the sales representative couldn’t. My regret is that I didn’t get this young mans name so I could call a corporate office. Sure wouldn’t ever recommend this store to anyone. Not even to someone I didn’t like! Like I’ve seen others say the only reason I gave them one star is because there is no lower option. STAY AWAY!!

They told me one day I was able to get an iPhone12 for free if just have to pay taxes and the activation fee and this was what my upgrade was but my account holder to go in the store with me the very next day and they said that my upgrade was only good for 400$ off a new iPhone12. I’m very displeased knowing that if I don’t use my upgrade ASAP then it will disappear!! Not a soul told me when we first went with the company that your upgrades will disappear if you don’t use them. I thought an upgrade stayed until you used it?????????

I went in to get a new phone. I specifically said i wanted wireless charging abilty. I got the phone finally after having to order it. And turns out it doesnt have wireless charging ability. What i google said it did and salesmen said it did. When i called store they got rude and hung up on me. Salesmen apparently dont know head from hole in the ground. Very unprofessional attitudes and looking eople at that store

So since Sprint merged with T-mobile we went in and switched networks. Well we lost everything!! It did a factory reset! If I was warned that it would do that, I would have not switched it. I can't believe we lost everything! I am very disappointed and frustrated!!!
