Visiting from out of state for the weekend. The most unpleasant individual was working the late night shift. Not only was he utterly rude and extremely unpleasant beyond all belief, but my brother was denied a sale because I first went into the store to ask a question on a product, I wasnt interested, told my brother about what they had and he was. He went in and met Mr. Unpleasant and was denied sale because I was uninterested.... and I guess this is a law according this man. Okay... It's fine. Really. The denial of sale was no problem, but the negativity and unpleasantness is what really upset me. Maybe a customer service job just isn't it for you sir. ~Victoria
