The guys who deliver the equipment are great and if I could rate them separately, I’d give them five stars. However the office woman who speaks to customers is AWFUL. She’s barely polite, tone of voice is impatient and condescending, she does not listen to what you’re saying, makes no apologies for their mixups, and tells you things that just are not true or going to happen. Surely in this time of high availability of workers Lincare can find a better person to interact with customers. ~Liz
