Best physical fitness program in Independence, Michigan (MI) 2024

Pure Barre provides an excellent workout in a friendly environment. I was intimidated when I first started going because I had no idea what to expect, but it quickly became not only my favorite type of workout, but also my favorite place to workout. I have gained muscle, toned my body, gained flexibility, and learned about how to stretch and shape my body. My chiropractor has even noticed improvement and I don’t have to go there as often!! The best part about the workout is that you have fun while getting in some great exercise! The emphasis on on good form, so you don’t hurt yourself, and the instructors will help to ensure that everyone is understanding what the various moves are. Plus, since everyone has different abilities, they stress to work within your own range and “you do you”. The social aspect of Pure Barre Clarkston can not go without mention. I have made some wonderful friends, both teachers and fellow students. We all share a common goal which it to get a great workout in a great environment. Everyone cheers each other towards their next milestone, whether it is attending someone’s second class or 500th! I recommend coming to check us out and soon our place will become yours too! ~Tamara
