Best coffee shop in Iron Mountain, Michigan (MI) 2024

We were double charged a couple months ago & the district manager was there. He refused to give us a refund & said he could only write us down for a fee value meal (which is less that the price we were overcharged). We had forgotten about the free meal & went back today to see if we could get it. Carissa was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, helpful and made things right. She even apologized more than once that we had a bad experience a couple months ago (the district manager didn’t say sorry once when they messed up). I’m giving a 5 star today because of the wonderful service we received from Carissa. ~Jana
