When I went to your store, you were able to answer my questions and made an appointment to come to my cabin and give me an estimate. within a week, Randy came out to my "off grid" location, again answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable bid and estimate of installation. Within 3-4 weeks, Mick and Shane were at the cabin, did a very professional job and were a pleasure to work with. My only regret was that it turned out to be a two day job and I was not there on the second day to see the finished floor. The guys sent Kellie pictures and she forwarded them to me. It looks great and I can hardly wait to return and see the finished job. Well done. It was a pleasure working with you particularly in these difficult times.
