Best indonesian restaurant in Keego Harbor, Michigan (MI) 2024

Absolutely Love her food!!! And her Rendang is some of the best. Have been here several times, and have honestly never gotten a dish I didn't like. The flavors are very well developed, and you can tell how much effort was put into each dish. Owner/chef could not be more welcoming. During our dinner she came out to check on us, and then brought us a special drink she had been simmering for 3 to 4 hours. Told us it was something that her mother made for her as a child, and she wanted to share it with us. It was amazing, and unlike anything else I'd ever drank. It had Ginger and citrus and some spices, hard to even describe, but amazing! It is the picture of the cup that I posted. Photos posted are of the dinner for two meal option. Gives you an assortment of things to try. But I didn't post the shredded mango salad that came first, we ate it too fast to get a photo. Lol And then the two dessert options we chose. Last thing I will say is 'Don't let the outside of the building fool you'. It looks like a grocery store or market, but once you walk through the door, it's a full restaurant and looks nice inside. Definitely a hidden gem worth trying. ~Sandy
