The rudest person in customer service I have ever ran across. WOW! Talked to me like a child...even asked if I could read. Pay 1200 for a phone and he acted like I was putting him out to help with the transfer of info from my old phone, while he went for ice cream. Can I please leave a negative star? ~Marcus

We had to recently go into this location to have my husband‘s phone set up from losing his other phone lol and we were lucky enough to have Emily wait on us. What an absolute doll, she is a complete sweetheart she was so helpful she was so beyond kind and the girl has patients of steel. I was beyond aggravated walking in and she was so nice you couldn’t help but want to smile with her. What an absolute asset to any company that she is with. Thank you again Emily we truly appreciate you. You changed a really not so good situation into an actually not bad at all situation. ~Jane

Not very helpful or honest. Told to look up phone specs online when asking about them. Told 2 different prices, then when I spoke up and said I was told a lesser price the previous day the woman says she will honor it. ~Adina
