Best physical fitness program in Mount Clemens, Michigan (MI) 2024

The MAC is my favorite gym to get my workout done at. I walk in to a greeting with the friendliest staff; Demetrius usually is the one to wish me a good workout as soon as I scan in! They keep up very well with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the gym floor as well. I love the layout of the MAC because it has an spacious floor full of a great variety of machines as well as an option of a more secluded room/basketball court for the workouts I perform better in a less populated space and allows me to really zero in on the motions I am trying to perfect when I am trying a new workout that I might not do well at the first time. I like to try things privately so I don't look silly. That room allows the shyer gym members to be able to get a workout done with less insecurities. Touching on equipment- the variety here is awesome. They have resistance bands, ab wheels, ACTUAL tires to flip of different-level weights, and even sleds that you can add weight to and push/pull to get more of a cross-fit type of workout. Also there are so many personal training options! Mike is my trainer and has already got me seeing great results in my body and my overall energy-levels and mindset. Couldn't help but to leave this review. This gym is phenomenal and so is everyone who keeps it running. Thanks MAC! ~Katherine
