The nicest people I have encountered. Not just true customer service but true community! Knowledgeable, honest, good prices, great selection. Bought several things here, but most recentlyI thought about going to a big box store where I could by a set of 3 or 4 doorknobs all keyed the same. The Ace staff re-keyed the 3 that I bought here to be the same, for free! The only problem is that they are so popular that at prime times parking can be difficult. Still do able though. Plenty of parking rest of the time. ~Natalie

Absolutely awesome service, chainsaw guys were top notch, bought saw from spring lake ace and they were horrible at service and professionalism. Drove 25 miles to get my saw serviced and would drive it over and over just to be around actual service techs. They told me spring lake never registered my saw and misrepresented pretty much all of the information . Helped me get it registered and were so friendly the whole time. Love this store!!!! ~Mike
