Best auto parts store in Okemos, Michigan (MI) 2025

I wish I could give zero stars because I would. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. When I entered to have my tires checked out the staff was talking to friends and took an extended amount of time to acknowledge my presence and address my concerns. Once they proceed to check me in the employee constantly ignored me and helped another client, while supposedly assisting me which i felt was very rude but i could’ve overlooked. However, when another employee called to inform of their findings he continuously stumbled over his words and mumbled never truly telling me what was wrong with my car. He then apologized for his poor cellphone etiquette saying “sorry i’m watching the game” which was highly unprofessional in my opinion. Finally, upon my arrival to pick up my car an associate walked away from the counter once I walked in and proceeded to do something else. Then I wasn’t until another customer came in that he addressed my presence. After my experience here I feel like it was a complete waste of time and inconvenience. I still don’t know what’s wrong and am forced to go to another shop due to their poor customer service and communication skills. I would never recommend service at this location and hopefully will never subject myself to it again. ~Daiah
