Best bank in Owosso, Michigan (MI) 2024

I have never had a bank that was so user friendly. The whole experience had been wonderful. Everytime I go in there, they are super helpful and quick. Their app is just friendly and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a personal banking experience. ~Becky

Been banking here for 20+ years, wife had an account with 5/3 that she closed and opened a new one here. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. If you want to open a new bank account I would recommend talking to them here before making a decision. ~Ricky

I deposited my check into my checking account. They put it in savings account and now I have to wait 2 weeks in order to get my money. Then went to cash new check I was told to go to a party store. These people are rude and disrespectful and the unbelievably horrible baking institution I've ever dealt with. As soon as they decide to give me my money the first check they screwed over I am closing my account immediately. ~James
