The wait time is ALWAYS extremely long. Customer service skills are horrible. No one ever says, " Hi there, we will be right with you".
*UPDATE* Independent Bank has tried multiple times to connect with me to discuss this issue. I appreciate that this bank has taken the appropriate steps to change the customer experience. During a time when everyone is in a hurry, a simple, "Hello, I will be right with you," can calm a crazy impatient person right down. 😂 Lol
Most importantly, us customers need to be more patient. Bottom line. We are all human. Independent Bank, you are doing a great job and thank you for reaching out to me. ~Kristy
