Best bank in Sterling Heights, Michigan (MI) 2024

Absolutely the rudest teller I've ever had the displeasure of having to work with. My husband and I recently married, went in with our gifts to ask advice on the best way to deposit all the numous checks, and we were belittled, loudly. The teller was even told by other customers that she was being rude and that we were only asking the proper procedures. Will consider my deposit elsewhere. ~Jacqueline

Biggest bank in US and can't fix their ongoing ATM issue. ATM can't dispense cash for over 6 months. Moving to different bank. Sometimes big names are just fake. ~james

Citizen bank; Its the worst bank I deal with it . I'm going to move my business to different financial service "bank", , A branch manager there are not helpful, neither service. ~586

Just a nasty unprofessional customer service. I had an appointment at 11:30 for Thursday 7/27 ( I left work for this appointment), arrived and I had to wait 15 minutes because the lady ( her name was Rana I think) was chatting and enjoying her long conversation with the customer a head of me... and when my turn came she did not apologize for the delay.. I asked her about the accounts they offer but she did not speak up and was not even trying to help to get the business, and she kept asking about my last bank which is none of her business.. and when I left she said in unkind way " good luck".. nasty customer service.. This an update 8/7/2022: The bank's response is pitiful, it is an automatic response that was used in other reviews. Obviously, you don't care. I did send you an e-mail to your customer service but have not heard from you.. so bad... you may give me a call to discuss.. ~Nader
