Worst customer service! I have explained to one of the employees what I wanted to do and she was very rude, her name was Shami. She is so rude and so ignorant. I don’t usually write reviews with names or any at all, but she was very nasty. She did not listen to what I wanted to do after explaining to her 3 times what I need to be done, and she forced me to pay with credit card even though I told her that I am paying cash because the amount was very low. She wrote my information wrong on the parcel and yelled at me and also said she doesn’t care when I was trying to explain. I had other people who work there who were nicer before, but this lady is nasty! Never going back there again. ~Maral
