Best truck rental agency in Sterling Heights, Michigan (MI) 2024

I wish there was less than one star to rate this. This guy, is think his name is Steven, gave me totally a different car than what I had rented from online. But the biggest problem was the car had checked engine with some issue that you can notice while driving. When I called that guy again, I told him that the car has checked engine and driving issues. He answered it's ok it's only checked engine. Really? are you supposed even to give any customer a car with checked engine when they have paid tons of money? Not only this but I think safety comes first. You should learn how to manage this job because I don't think you fit for it and you don't consider peoples' safety. ~Lily
