No stars terrible customer service I need to close Comerica they are the worst. Please hire well spoken people with happy attitude. I Came in to cash my checks and deposit but had to go to my PNC bank after my direct deposit hits next week with Comerica I will close my account with Comerica and strictly work with PNC only! ~Jennie

scheduled a pre-surgery covid test a week or so ago in advance. ubered there, went inside, and they looked at me like i grew a third eye when i told them why i was there. lots of clueless hand-wringing shuffling as they tell me i should have a car to do that. had me haul myself and my cane outside to the drive-thru to stand there with no communication as i struggled to keep myself up. i know cvs pretty much only hires people too stuck in glassy fugue states to care about the disabled people going through their doors every day, but this was a new and uniquely stupid flavor of insult to get to experience three days before spine surgery. so cheers to that! ~C
