scheduled a pre-surgery covid test a week or so ago in advance. ubered there, went inside, and they looked at me like i grew a third eye when i told them why i was there. lots of clueless hand-wringing shuffling as they tell me i should have a car to do that. had me haul myself and my cane outside to the drive-thru to stand there with no communication as i struggled to keep myself up. i know cvs pretty much only hires people too stuck in glassy fugue states to care about the disabled people going through their doors every day, but this was a new and uniquely stupid flavor of insult to get to experience three days before spine surgery. so cheers to that!

The pharmacists at this CVS are the best (Helene, Motria)! They are friendly and efficient even during these difficult times. You can ask them anything and they have time for you! We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

4 customers in line, 1 employee at the register and 1 helping someone overcome their fear of reading directions at the photo kiosk. Lone cashier then ends up leaving the register to go check on a sale price which didn't ring up correctly. Now 6 customers in line, and no one at the register. WHY? Tell the photo customer to wait a moment and take care of the customers! Call someone from the back for a price check and take care of customers. Why is it so hard to TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS? 2 customers got tired of waiting, dropped their merchandise and left the store. I almost did the same. Every time I go to CVS I'm annoyed and frustrated. Why is the place so horrible? The employees were helpful and nice, but just not trained on the importance of customer service. The store systems also make everything so much harder than it needs to be. Why does CVS care if the lady buying milk has a different CVS card number than the milk coupon? Sell her the milk and move on! Why hassle and argue with the customer (this was at a different location, recently). Why does an alcohol purchase require the cashier to type out the Declaration of Independence on the POS touchscreen? Are you kidding? There are customers waiting (well, now former customers anyway). Someone, anyone, from corporate needs to spend a few hours in an actual store and see why people hate CVS.

I would give a -0- if I could. I have dealt with some of the rudest people at this pharmacy, not to mention the smack talk they have all while customers are in line but today really sealed the deal to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy!! While waiting in line from 4:50-5:00, they closed the curtains as I was the next on line!! So not only is it ridiculous that they close at 5:00pm, but to behave this way in unacceptable!! First & foremost, learn how to behave like professionals or don't work with people!! Despicable behavior!

Use to get my scripts at West bloomfield location was very happy with them. Since I moved had to switch to this one. Ugh! The worst pharmacy service. The wait is ridiculous and they never seem happy to see you. Never go there night. they don’t have enough lighting outside at the parking lot.

Waited in line at pharmacy pickup twice for more than 20 minutes for one car ahead of us. Came back after waiting to long the first time, and the second time left the drive thu and went in. My prescriptions are moving to a different pharmacy!!

Terrible experience at this CVS, DO NOT GO HERE. The pharmacy staff is so severely disorganized, rude, and will give you the wrong medication like they did to me. There always seems to be a problem when picking up a prescription. The staff does not know how to properly charge insurance. They blamed me for my insurance ending even though I had just picked up a prescription 2 days prior. The male pharmacy specialist was extremely rude, blamed me, and assisted multiple other customers who arrived after me before finishing helping me because he couldn't figure it out. NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION!!!! They made me wait far longer than normal because of their incompetence, charged me ridiculous price as they couldn't figure out how to go through the insurance, but not only that, then they gave me the wrong medication!! This is extremely dangerous and I had already taken the incorrect medication for 2 days before they called me and asked me to bring it back to exchange??. I had my doctor call to Walgreens and picked up the correct prescription from them using my insurance at Walgreens with no issues at all. Will never be returning to this CVS pharmacy ever again & YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!! Unless you want to waste your time and deal with a rude & incompetent staff who will probably give you the wrong medication

Be careful these people aren't shorting you. They insist the attached cosecutive refills are correct even though ithey show that I've been shorted 210 pills on the script according to the labels. AND: Despite getting a letter from Blue Cross stating that Rite Aid in Keego is a BC approved pharmacy and my copays would be lower there, I found that the first script that I transferred to Rite Aid went from a $30 copay at CVS to $110 at the "approved" Rite Aid.

This is the CVS I typically visit based on its proximity to where I live. Lately I have been treated rudely by a supervisor there named Brenda. She clearly doesn’t like her job or maybe hates life altogether. Every interaction with her is immediately venomous. A simple question to her and I’m treated as if I’m bothering her. She said to me today concerning a in-store promotion “I don’t know. They (CVS) don’t give us the details on the sales they (CVS) run.” Correct me if I’m wrong but as a representative of CVS and a person in power (I assume she’s a supervisor of some kind) it is her job to know the sales or at least offer to investigate the specifics in order to assist me further. How the hell do I as a customer find information like that ?!?!?!!!! Her recommendation was for me to buy the item and if I don’t like the price then I can return it. She has a rough demeanor and should NOT...I repeat...NOT be in customer service!!!!!!

Don't bother with their pharmacy unless you enjoy being a joke. Aren't pharmacists supposed to be helpful? Don't they have to know something about the medicines they hand out everyday? And in turn the things that those medications treat? So when I have severe social anxiety, adhd and clinical depression, wouldn't that be some information that you keep in mind when dealing with each person and their situation? Not here! No, it seems that you are judged and then it goes up or down from there depending on how you treat them. Not the other way around. Why is it OK to deprive someone of meds that they depend on to live life everyday because they aren't big enough to admit they could be wrong for their actions? It's not OK. It is like torture to me. They are wildly inconsistent, judgmental and vengeful. Where is the professionalism in any of that? There is none. They once asked me to write a review because there were so many bad reviews. Well, now I know why.
