Best shoe store in Westland, Michigan (MI) 2024

Horrible customer service. One of the female workers had gone back to check a shoe size for me and a friend. Took ten minutes for another girl to come out, and waltzing past us, she snobbishly spout over her shoulder, "we don't have them." And went on her merry way. It happened so fast I almost wasn't sure she was talking to us. But she was. In her voice there was a clear attitude, and she sounded like we had over stayed our welcome and she wanted us gone. I took my money and my friend and left. Not going back to this Journey's store. The Payless at the end of the mall was much more accommodating and kind in terms of customer service. It'd be wise to spend your money there instead. You won't feel unwanted or judged by lowbrow, part-time, holiday season employees. Step up your customer service, Journey's. ~Amanda

This is the worst target in the area. It’s very outdated. Old carts, place is always a mess, rude employees, and no self checkout registers! This is the only store I know of that doesn’t have self checkout! How is that possible in 2022??? Go to the canton and northville target locations. Those are the best in the area. Run from this one. ~Jen
