Reserved a truck a week in advance. I got a call two days prior to tell me that they weren't sure they'd have one available. I called them back the day before the rental and they still didn't know and wouldn't know until the morning of my rental. I had people and plans in place depending on this rental. Only giving 2 stars because the folks on the phone at the location were polite and apologetic, but their website shouldn't allow rentals that won't be available. ~George

I don't understand why this branch always runs out of large amounts of money since this is one of the bank's jobs (it happens to me quite often) and I don't think they care to resolve it. Despite its high rating, I don't think it deserves more than one star ~Dhia

The kid (curly hair) was not welcoming, was on his phone while I was giving my order, and rushed us the entire time. That would’ve been fine but even the pizza was the worst little Caesar’s pizza me and my girlfriend have ever had: I’ll continue to go to the white lake one instead and go out of my way. Terrible two experiences here ~G
