I don't understand why this branch always runs out of large amounts of money since this is one of the bank's jobs (it happens to me quite often) and I don't think they care to resolve it. Despite its high rating, I don't think it deserves more than one star

This PNC Branch has an absolute All Star Teller. Jasmine is always pleasant and cheerful. She alone is reason to bank here.

Beware of fees!!! So apparently you can't withdraw money more then 6 times a month from your saving it's a violation and out will cost $15. I was never told about this. The rep says we can't tell you everything...... I'm definitely cancelling my account. Why have a savings is you can't pull from it freely? I wish I could give all pncs

4 cars in the drive through but somehow it took more than 50 minutes to get the through the line. My deposit alone took nearly 15 minutes to complete. Unreal!

I was the one and only customer in there at the time I went and I guess it was enough to overwhelm them, because I was told they couldn't help me open an account and if I liked I could make an appointment. I've never seen such an unwillingness to do business from a financial institution before. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. If they couldn't help with that, just image trying to apply for a loan or CD.

I always have a fast and friendly experience here and have been banking here since it was a National City years ago. It could definitely use a better range of hours though. Open until 6 or 7 on at least a couple of week days since a lot of people don't even get out of work until 5! Also, only open until noon on Saturday? C'mon. You can do better.

I've banked here for a long time, but have not been to this branch in a long time. They have made serious upgrades since my last visit. The technology is awesome and the staff is always super helpful and kind.

Awful! Next month I will end my 3 year relationship with this bank. They truly don't care about their people and I've been needing to do this but everything I have has been tied to this bank and moving it is a hassle. Now I know it's worth it. Had an unfortunate event take place where something that should've come in didn't and it caused issues. I went to this location to speak to a banker who's a male btw. I will find his name and re edit. He wouldn't help me and its not his fault I get it however, he proceeded to go through my charges on my account shaking his head and telling me how to spend my money. Each item was a tisk tisk from him. I felt very judged and scrutinized and he has no clue about my life or what happened to actually cause this. This as a professional isn't his place. He doesn't deserve to be in costumer service. You do not do this to people!
