Unfortunately had my bike towed by CRPD after it had a breakdown. Definitely walked into the place in a bad mood and expecting the worst with potential transport damage but I was pleasantly surprised that it was taken extreme care of. All the people there are good people, from the front desk to the drivers in back. Lightened my mood, understood my situation and took care of my property gently. It’s just business, and they’re professional about it.
