What can I say, this is my favorite store & every time I visit I’m always pleasantly surprised by the great customer service, all the way from the clerks at the register to the dressing room attendants. The staff @ kay jewelers are absolutely fantastic, 2 in particular that I'am smitten about. Kerriante, my girl Kinsey. These 2 are the dynamic duo 💥 They both posses extreme patience under pressure. Their customer service skills & communication skills are impeccable & very impressive 😏 they're trained to handle issues/ problems w/ customers very gracefully & accordingly. Kudos to these 2, for going above and beyond. And making sure the customer is satisfied and very pleased @ the end of the day.. 😁 ~Quana
