Best truck rental agency in Elk River, Minnesota (MN) 2024

The moment you go in they give you cold shoulders , you approach the counter they keep talking about their dogs, you ask them questions they have no clue!!! its just ridiculous to drive from far to find this poorly managed premises so save your self time and money.. don't give 'em nor their lazy mechanics a job.. they eon't deserve it .. simple as that ~Aleks

Still waiting in line over 15 minutes , customer service is horrible. Dani and bill kept pushing me to the side to help other people while I was next to be helped. This is rediculous. All of this to rent a truck ,which I have reserved. I don't why Penske contracts with this Elk River location because this bad service alos reflects them too. I will never use or recommend this location. Go elsewhere. ~Minister
