Left my MacBook Air with him. He was not responsive, kept it for almost 1 week and a half and in the end didn’t even have a clear diagnostic of what was wrong with it: “it could be the battery, could be the motherboard, you should buy a new one”. Charged me $70 for nothing, I bought a new battery for less money than that and changed it myself, and voila! The computer came back to life.
