We've had a pretty frustrating experience renting from KO Storage. When we first moved in, the lock had not been taken off. When we moved to another unit, they did not update our information in the system and had put a manager's lock on the unit. We got these issues resolved with much back and forth.
At some point our lock had fallen off, and the manager was nice enough to put a temporary one on there for us and let us know. However I contacted the customer service line two weeks ago to let them know I had put a new lock on and they assured me the manager would get his lock off within 72 hours. Again, this was two weeks ago. It's been extremely frustrating not having access to my own storage unit despite always paying on time and being flexible with their situations.
I would not recommend renting from this location.
EDIT 1: Their Director of operations did call me shortly after I posted my initial review on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I called back that Tuesday and left a voicemail. Never heard anything after. ~Jacob
