The service is slow and they barely seem to have anyone working. At one point they even had a sign on the drive-through that said, "If you don't like the service, ask for an application!" Food consistently takes five to ten minutes to show up. The last time I was there my food was given to two other people before the employee found their way to the correct vehicle. Food quality is okay, but it is never served warm, much less hot.
The parking lot is also a disaster. Besides having several vehicles stacked up in it waiting for food (all directed there from the drive-through), you constantly have to steer around potholes. The sign out front has said "RIP Darryl" for months now, so if I want to know a current special I have to Google it.
I have been hoping this place would turn around, but I have been going here for almost three years now and it has only gotten worse. I go about once every couple of months in the hopes that it will improve. No luck. Just a complete disaster. Hopefully Corporate will make some changes so I can finally go there and have a decent experience. ~Jim
