First time eating at this restaurant. The staff/owners are exceptionally friendly. The food was ok. I had chicken fried rice lunch special. It was nothing spectacular, was just ok. I also had fresh spring rolls which were warm. I am not used to that and it wasn't my favorite. I love spring rolls like I love tacos. So it is sad when one doesn't meet my expectations. I know my mom would love this place, so for that I will return as often as she wants. Glad to have tried something new.

A good friend of mine who moved to Las Vegas was in town and loves Pink Flower. With him being back of course we had to go to one of his favorite places to eat and this surprisingly was my first time being there. The reason why I’m giving this a three-star review is because the five other people with me all enjoyed their meals. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy mine as much as they did. I ordered the C5, sweet-and-sour chicken with a side of fried rice. The outer layer of the chicken was very thick and a little chewy with a small piece of chicken inside, and the sweet-and-sour sauce tasted a little off to me. It wasn’t a terrific first experience for me as I couldn’t finish the chicken. The fried rice on the side was very plain and needed a good amount of soy sauce to have some flavor. I’m not gonna knock it though I’ll definitely be back in the future. The staff and owners were very friendly and the service was fast and great. The menu is very large so I’m sure there are going to be quite a few items that I will be able to enjoy when I go back. I would recommend trying this location if ever in Mounds View, Minnesota bring a friend or two! Maybe don’t try the C5 :)

This used to be great restaurant, but the quality and quantity has gone down quite a bit in the recent months. Price has gone up at the same time. Compromising with quantity and quality to combat inflation is probably not a good choice. Not sure if I will be coming back soon. Many other great restaurants at this price point now.

First time trying this place. My thoughts were flavors were a bit bland. Pho noodles were a bit tough. Pho broth wasn't too bad although I would say below average to average compare to other restaurants nearby. Egg rolls were crunchy yet not much flavor behind it. Spring rolls were ok at most although I think it should of been rolled a bit tighter. Had take out as well and the lo mein was flavorless. The house fried rice had very little flavor, nothing special by any means. Nice staff but that was about it. 2 star rating cause of staff only. Overall, food could of been better.
