Don’t come here after if you get off at 9 or after 9 pm to get gas because the pumps will be changed and you can’t get any fuel. The lady who works late nights is rude. I came in to purchase some Tobacco, the lady wouldn’t accept my state id because it had no expiration date on it. Arizona IDs don’t have expirations date. She says rude as heck , well I can’t take it and gives Id back while rolling her eyes. I asked her since when I’ve never had an issue. She says company policy. Since when. ~Cashmeir

If I could give them zero stars I would. I won’t ever step foot in this place. They are extremely rude and has no kind of customer service. I was trying to ask about pricing on an item and the man started yelling at me about being inconsiderate about the line he had. Mind you I just stood in line for 5min myself. I’m pretty sure they are doing some illegal activity and will be reported to the proper authorities! ~tabitha

Website says it is open 24/7. Arrived at 8 pm and saw several people walk up to a closed door, darkness inside and walk away. No note on the door. Very disrespectful to customers. According to many other reviewers this is a common and well known problem. Can’t even imagine how much business this place has lost as a result. Literally dozens of other options in the area. If this is how they treat customers I can see why they don’t have enough staff to fill shifts. They must treat their employees just as poorly. There’s a book called “A complaint is a gift” for businesses but I think it’d be lost on these folks. I’d discuss karma but I think the same thing would happen. Nothing. ~Juli

I worked at a different holiday last year, and the contrast is insane. This location is always fully stocked, and they have consistently friendly staff. Tony and McKayla are usually the staff members I speak to. One of the most telling things is the fact that they take time to run hot coffee all day in the big pots. Most other stores just stop that at seven, and opt for the single cup machines, which don't make good coffee. Whereas at my store it was difficult to get hot food on second shift due to management guidelines, there is ALWAYS a fully stocked sandwich rack. They do so well.
