Best asian restaurant in Saint Paul, Minnesota (MN) 2024

Our first trip to Kim's and we are pretty frustrated. Like others have said (should have read reviews closer) the General Tso Chicken was super sweet and not spicy at all. Our beef lo mein, which we asked to be made spicy, was chicken and a faint hint of spice. Also frustrating was the tiny portion of rice for the large portion of General Tsos (see picture). I have never received such a small portion of rice. Overall the flavor was was decent and the woman working the register was nice, but I doubt we will be back. ~Becky
