I recently switched to Village Pharmacy because Shopko was no longer going to have a pharmacy department. The staff at Village Pharmacy really go the extra mile to provide friendly, small town customer service. They even deliver prescriptions in the local area Monday through Friday. The delivery person came to where I live to deliver my prescription even during a snow storm. Talk about excellent customer service. I would give then ten stars if I could, however could only give them five out of five stars. When calling Village Pharmacy, a real person answers the phone, not an automated computer system. I will tell all my friends and family about the wonderful customer service they always provide. ~Scott

Every time I try to get a slice of pizza here there’s only about 3 slices that look like they’ve been sitting out all day. Don’t buy the hot food here, there’s never any ready to buy anyway. Easily the worst managed Casey’s in the area 👎 ~Reed

Just stopped to get gas, went inside and pre paid, went outside to pump it, hit unleaded, picked up the handle and gas started spraying EVERYWHERE inclding all over me. Went inside and the lady acted like it was my fault? The poor kid who was working with her went out there to check it out came back in and said "the nozzle is barely even screwed on" Never offered an apology, nothing to make it right. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! ~Haley

I went to the drive up ATM which displayed an “open” sign Saturday evening. I attempted to withdraw $200 out of my account. The machine did not dispense my money but the $200 shows up as transaction on my account. Bank said it may take up to 10 days to get my $200 returned after I open a claim on Tuesday. Meanwhile my account is accumulating negative charges. ~Ann

It’s a pity that this Dollar Tree is the scummiest place in Sauk Rapids proper. All the other stores and restaurants are so nice, but this place has garbage all over the parking lot and it’s a dump inside too. Bummer! Won’t be going back. ~Kristi
