They have changed the way have to with draw money from a free checking account and never told anyone and I felt like an weirdo asking for withdrawal slip's. Need to let people know ahead of time that your changing things Bank Mangers!!

I went to the drive up ATM which displayed an “open” sign Saturday evening. I attempted to withdraw $200 out of my account. The machine did not dispense my money but the $200 shows up as transaction on my account. Bank said it may take up to 10 days to get my $200 returned after I open a claim on Tuesday. Meanwhile my account is accumulating negative charges.

I went there at 8:10 this morning and the drive thru window was not open! Supposed to open at 8! I work 9 to 5 so this is unacceptable!!!

Found an amazing deal on a car for $1700. Common sense says don't take checks from strangers. Too bad I can't access my money. ATM only allowed me to take out $1000. Lost the deal. Once I sell off my rental house I'm closing all my accounts and refinancing my main house elsewhere. You guys get worse every year.

They can just take YOUR money and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. My husband made a mistake at the cash machine and wasn't able to grab all of the cash he withdrew. They just deny that it happened. How does this even happen? There are cameras, the dollar amount had to be off, but nope DENIED... and it took them 7-10 days to figure it out, even though the machine errored out after this happened. 😡 7-25-19... 1 month later and still NOTHING. No answers at all. Why is your lack of response a secret? When my husband calls everyone including supervisor states- there is nothing more we can do for you. Nothing!?!? HOW ABOUT A REASON WHY YOU ARE KEEPING OUR MONEY!!!!

I tried to withdraw $260 out of there cash machine I was only able to grab 60 of it and the other 200 fell back in. It has now been 30 days since the last dispute was opened and nobody can give me any answers as to what's going on you have cameras all over there and cameras on the cash machine but yet you still will not do anything about it. The first dispute was closed within 3 days of opening and they could not tell me why or give me any answers the second dispute has been open now for 30 days and still no answers. And seeing there was the second dispute they cannot credit my account it's absolutely absurd as soon as I can change Banks I will be changing Banks and hiring a lawyer to deal with this.

Worst bank EVER!!! Was recently a victim of a Scammer who told me they knew which US Bank I being that what my account information was when my card information was and they did know all this information when I went down to the bank in sauk rapuds to talk to the branch Manager to express my concern he seemed like he didn't even want to help me. And now I get a letter in the mail saying they closed my account because my account was negative and I never even knew my account was negative I never got an email a letter a phone call and when I called to talk to the branch manager again he proceeded to tell me that they sent me 3 letters that I never received and now they're trying to tell me that I owed them money because they sent these letters. To find that my account was never a negative more than like $3 but instead of telling me about it they just Tacked on fee after fee after feeThey try telling me that it is my responsibility to keep an eye on my accounts and know when it goes negative however whenever I tried to get online to check my account it would ask me security questions that weren't even my security questions and I Couldn't log on and when I would call their help number they would even help meIt would just say there was nothing wrong with my account and there is no reason why I should be able to log on. And now they want to make me pay hundreds of dollars for their screw up.Any other time I have had any major changes to my account I have gotten on email or phone call or a letter but this time I didn't. This bank is very unsafe and everybody is just very unwilling to help you It is not a good bank to bank At and I would suggest you find a bank elsewhere.
