Terrible customer service completely stuck up and not willing to stand behind what they sell. I bought a megaphone and it started smoking and melted when I tried to use it for the first time and he wouldn’t refund my $200 or even send it back to the company and get a new one for me, the worst part was he was extremely rude and mean about the whole situation

We needed cross country shoes for my daughter. Absolutely the best place in Montgomery. Not only did they have what we needed, the customer service was exceptional. They took their time and made sure the fit was perfect.

I just went to this store to get my son some shoulder pads and this guy just told me and I quote "if you are not coming to buy I'm not going to fit him" I said "wow really sir" and he then told me I can leave if I have a problem with it. Mind yall I had all the intentions on buying him some shoulder pads because he really liked the ones here. I am asking everyone to PLEASE do not shop at this store. I really feel like this guy just racially profiled me.

I was told to shop at MAC's by my daughter's Montessori Academy for her dance clothes and shoes. After I walked into their store, the entire staff was polite, knowledgeable, and helped me purchase exactly what I needed for my daughter (because I had no idea). The prices were reasonable and the young lady named Anna Bell was exceptional. Forget the giant retail stores, shop at Montgomery's local MAC Sporting Goods.

There are probably cheaper places in town for sports equipment, but they don't have the service and selection this place does. Our high school soccer and track teams get their uniforms here so we visited frequently to look at sweats, jackets and shin guards. The people who work here are extremely nice, helpful and patient. My daughter lost her jacket one year and they were able to order a replacement. Best service anywhere.

Great place for excellent ballet apparel for all ages! Prices are comparable to Amazon, plus you get excellent personalized attention if you need it (for fitting shoes or whatever else). The staff is knowledgable about all of the surround ballet companies requirements for attire and don't push unnecessary things on you. Family owned business that has been around for ages. I will continue to shop at Mac Sporting Goods for the duration of our ballet career and would recommend it to anyone.
