I love this coffee. But as other reviewers mentioned, customer service is just as important as the product itself.
First, to review customer service: I had sent them an email telling them how much I love their product, they responded that same day thanking me for reaching out to them. Then I ordered more coffee. I waited about a week and received an email from the shipping company saying my package was scheduled to ship. Weeks passed, I sent several emails asking about my order with no response. After about 6 weeks, I got another email saying my package was scheduled to ship. This time the tracking number actually worked. I finally received the package... no email back, no sorry, nothing. All that and they still charge $7 to ship it.
The coffee however is really good, my favorite flavors are mocha and english toffee. I like to mix them with a cup of hot coffee instead of hot water. They taste too weak with just water. ~Megan
