Coffee Queen Coffee
I love this coffee. But as other reviewers mentioned, customer service is just as important as the product itself. First, to review customer service: I had sent them an email telling them how much I love their product, they responded that same day thanking me for reaching out to them. Then I ordered more coffee. I waited about a week and received an email from the shipping company saying my package was scheduled to ship. Weeks passed, I sent several emails asking about my order with no response. After about 6 weeks, I got another email saying my package was scheduled to ship. This time the tracking number actually worked. I finally received the package... no email back, no sorry, nothing. All that and they still charge $7 to ship it. The coffee however is really good, my favorite flavors are mocha and english toffee. I like to mix them with a cup of hot coffee instead of hot water. They taste too weak with just water. ~Megan

Was directed to this location to send a package return with a printed QR code from home (printed at home after following prompted directions) No QR reader to scan for returning the item very frustrating as I tried 3 FedEx location all listed as a place I could use there service but was unable to successfully do so wasted a lot of time not including time on the phone scheduling a pickup that never came, end result did return thru merchant location although not convenient. ~Christy

Terrible customer service . Tried to buy blueberries, but they weren't "in the system", so they took them away. Wouldn't ring them in as a manual miscellaneous charge. Wouldn't let me give them $5 and they could figure out how to ring them up later. Nope. Just took them without even trying to be nice or polite or showing any type of real customer service about it. ~Kasha
