There are way too many reasons I will never return here but here are a few: I've been going here for years, and it was the only place I would go for a cut and color. I'm not too picky, but I like a specific purple color that they would accommodate , but sadly little things here and there would just be off like you'd ask for a balyage give inspirational photos and end up with an ombre. Or decide to go with bangs, and they'd be horrible all because she didn't part it the right way when she cut them. Then the last straw; I decided to go purple again and just wanted to have a darker root blended in so it wouldn't be such a harsh line, then I asked for a blunt shoulder-length bob, and she suggested layers I agreed considering Teri is the owner of the salon and a Redken specialist. Well, a picture speaks a thousand words it was choppy and pieces were much shorter in the wrong places than they should have been and there was a straight line between my roots and the purple color making my fresh new do look like I hadn't gone in for a touch up in months. I've attached pictures of the haircut. I did return and point these out to her and she said it was because of the layers and just kind of cut the front. Either way, my hair was never fixed and my money was wasted. I'll never return and the same can be said for my family as small-town business doesn't matter for this new hotshot.

I have been going to Escape Salon and Tan to see Teri for well.... a long time now! This review would be never ending if I wrote out all the fantastic things she does for her clients, her salon, and how talented she is! She goes out of her way to make sure everyone that steps foot in the salon is welcomed, and makes sure when they leave they love their new hair. She is the most skilled, talented hair stylist I have ever been too, just take a look at her wall of accomplishments, she is a certified Redken Stylist which is a Huge accomplishment in itself, and she has worked her butt off to get to where she is at! Not only is she THEE best stylist, and salon owner, she is also someone you can easily sit down in the chair and talk with for hours, laugh, and joke around with, makes your hair appointment go by way to fast, and always makes me excited for my next one! You are the best Teri, thank you for going above and beyond for me and your clients! There is no other hair stylist I will ever go to, you are stuck with me! 😂
