Best grocery store in Batesville, Mississippi (MS) 2024

Well the only reason I gave it 1 star was so it wld get me to where I cld write this...Im from out of town and stopped to find my daughter a birthday cake. I hadn't walked up to the cooler where the cakes were no longer than a minute when the lady behind the counter asked me if I wanted something written on a cake because she was abt to go. Well needless to say she didn't give me time to reply, she picked up some stuff and went to the back and never came back. But she had time to stop and complain to 2 other ladies standing there doing nothing might I add. Maybe it was my race that she didnt like or she's just rude. Why get a job working with the public if you act like you hate ppl. Stay home and get a job answering the phone for a company that don't care if your rude and hateful. ~Cynthia

I like the store. The assistant manager has made some changes. They got a great selection of very good meats, from steak to chicken, tenderloins, hamburger meat. And good prices on a lot of it. They do have a great selection of about anything ya might be want. The place is clean, restrooms clean, and usually all shelves are full.. The butchers will cut meat for you. Need a certain size, just ask. Some of good employees and management. I'd recommend it.. ~Kenneth
